The GS03 Squat Rack With Lat Pulldown and Seated Row has been designed for maximum functionality without requiring a lot of space. It comes fitted with J Hooks, Safety Spotter Bars, Chin-Up Bar, Barbell Storage Hook, Lat Pulldown Bar, Seated Row Bar and 8 Weight Plate Storage Pegs. PRODUCT FEATURES Lat Pulldown & Seated Row Compatibility The GS04 enables you to diversify the number of exercises you can perform with its inbuilt lat pulldown and seated row system. It has been designed to provide the ideal movement trajectory during your workout, providing a smooth motion while performing lat pulldowns, seated rows and other cable exercises. Heavy Gauge Steel Frame The frame is finished with a high grade scratch-resistant power coating, that not only looks great but will provide many years of protection against wear and tear. J Hooks Fully adjustable J hooks have been fitted with nylon inserts, to prevent scratches and protect your barbells and the J hooks during re-racking. They also come with a pull pin to lock them into the upright during use. Spotter Arms Fully adjustable, extra-long Spotter Arms have also been fitted with nylon inserts, to prevent scratches and protect your barbells. They also come with a pull pin to lock them into the upright during use. Weight Plate Storage Pegs There are 8 Weight plate storage pegs. 6 pegs have been spaced apart to fit Olympic plates. 2 pegs on the bottom are spaced further apart to store larger diameter bumper plates. Rated For Light Commercial Use This squat rack has been rated for use in all light commercial training facilities such as Personal Training Studios, Corporate and Hotel Gyms, Schools and similar training facilities. Free Standing This rack is completely free standing and does not required fixing or any form of bolting to the floor. Multi Grip Pull Up Bar The pull up bar has been designed to accommodate close grip, medium grip and wide grip pull ups as well supinated, pronated and hammer grip positions.
