GPC04L Half Rack

Lat Pulldown & Seated Row Compatibility
The GS04 enables you to diversify the number of exercises you can perform with its inbuilt lat pulldown and seated row system. It has been designed to provide the ideal movement trajectory during your workout, providing a smooth motion while performing lat pulldowns, seated rows and other cable exercises.
Heavy Gauge Steel Frame
The frame is finished with a high grade scratch-resistant power coating, that not only looks great but will provide many years of protection against wear and tear.
J Hooks
Fully adjustable J hooks have been fitted with nylon inserts, to prevent scratches and protect your barbells and the J hooks during re-racking. They also come with a pull pin to lock them into the upright during use.
Spotter Arms
Fully adjustable, extra-long Spotter Arms have also been fitted with nylon inserts, to prevent scratches and protect your barbells. They also come with a pull pin to lock them into the upright during use.
Weight Plate Storage Pegs
There are 8 Weight plate storage pegs. 6 pegs have been spaced apart to fit Olympic plates. 2 pegs on the bottom are spaced further apart to store larger diameter bumper plates.

The Tesiro Power Rack is an extremely solid and effective unit and yet it is compact. It is designed to fit into home while it is strong enough for a gym use.
With the large amount of safety points as well as band pegs for positive and negative functional strength training, it offer large variety of the most effective free-weight exercises. J-Hooks with Index Plunger Pair
The latest and most advanced iteration of TESIRO J-Hooks features an index plunger locking system to negate sideways movement for maximum stability and safety. Made from high-quality powder finished steel, TESIRO J-Hooks are extra sturdy and strong enough to handle 500kg per pair. They feature a solid plastic core made from UHMW plastic that reduces noise and prevents any damage to your barbell when racking or unracking. The plastic is not just sandwiched in place but is supported from below by fully-welded steel. This prevents the plastic from being pushed down by a heavy barbell, so the bar never comes in contact with the metal.
This new and robust design also features a lowered lip height so that racking and unracking is easier and safer. The TESIRO J-Hook is thin so that you are not limited when you need to take a wider grip on the barbell. At the back, the pin is made from stainless steel, which won’t rust, and the hook fits snugly to the rack without scraping the metal uprights thanks to extra nylon cushioning on all three sides.
These J-Hooks are made to fit the TESIRO Modular Rack system (75mm*75mm), or any power rack with 21mm hole diameter and 50mm spacing.

Safety Arms with Index Plunger Pair
The TESIRO Safety Arm attaches to your power rack so you can perform lifts safely without a spotter. These heavy duty arms are made from the same high quality powder finished steel as our modular rack uprights, so they are extremely sturdy with a capacity of over 600kg. They feature a super thick rubber pad which reduces noise and cushions your barbell to prevent damage from contact. The pad is designed to be detachable so that it can be easily replaced if necessary.
Quickly and easily adjust the Safety Arm height on your rack to suit your workout. Our Safety Arm is specially made with an index plunger at the back that locks the unit in place and prevents unwanted movement. The pin is made from stainless steel, which won’t rust, and the arm fits snugly to the rack without scraping the metal uprights thanks to extra nylon cushioning on sides.
TESIRO Safety Arms feature our 2-way hole design so they can be combined with various attachments. This gives you virtually unlimited training options – attach handles for dips or anchors for power band work. The convenience factor is huge.
